General Hospital Update
                                 Mar 26, '96

Good show today, made better but no showing of cruel, rude Jason.

EdQ, Lila, Monica, Alan and Emily are in the Q den, getting ready to
celebrate EdQ & Lila's second anniversary of their second wedding. Emily goes
'huh?' and they start explaining the Q tradition of marrying your spouse
twice. They get to Lois and Weasl and wonder where they are.

Weasl and Lois are starting their argument over Weasl's taking the blame for
the accident and preventing AJ from unburdening the truth. Weasl says AJ is a
worthless human being who doesn't deserve pity or a break. Lois says 'ptooey'
and that Weasl had no right to control peoples lives like that. Weasl says he
did it for the best of the family. The argument really heats up but Weasl
calls for a truce so they could attend the festivities. Weasl goes upstairs
to change and Lois slips out to the Q mansion.

When Lois arrives, it is obvious to all that she is deeply troubled. First
she ranks them out. Then she tells them the truth about the accident. Lila
and Emily are shocked, Alan is furious at AJ, Monica is deeply hurt and
saddened. She and Alan start arguing but EdQ interupts to ask Lois why is she
backstabbing her husband. Lois is stunned and upset by the Q's reactions and
arguing among themselves. This is not what she planned. Weasl shows up and
Alan just tears into him. EdQ defends Weasl and his actions. Weasl and Lois
start arguing and bring it back to the studio. He basically calls her a 'Miss
Know-it-all' says she doesn't know everything, least of all the Q family. He
adds that she hasn't been part of the family long enough to make decisions
for it. She says that sounds like she is on a probation period and he
responds if she wants to take that way, fine.

Bobi is still upset that she forgot Tony's birthday. He tells her to take it
easy. She offers to go with him anywhere in the country. He joshingly says he
is in the mood for musical entertainmnet and when he sees that she is serious
about it he says ok. She tries to guess which muscial mecca he wants to go to
and is shocked when he says OpryLand (the one is Tennesee not Idaho). [i knew
there was a reason i liked Tony]  He is willing to go only if she doesn't
feel she needs to to make up for his birthday. They make all the arrangements
needed to take off that night. As they get ready to leave the phone rings.
After much debate they decide to answer it. Tony's replacement is busy and
another emergency has come up. The trip is off.

Katherine celebrates her new riches by getting smashed at LP. Luke puts the
limit on her and offers to call her a cab. She says, no she'll do it and says
" I'm a cab " [hey, *i* laughed].

Brimbo and Jax (well, actually Jax) they can make Prince jealous by going off
to Madrid for Chinese food. Jax figures Princes' imagination will be more
than anything they would actually be doing. Brimbo leaves the club , but not
before she was imagining herself in Prince's arms, into a raging rain storm.
Her car gets a flat tire and her cell phone is dead. She goes to Prince's
condo where she finds he is alone. Lily went off to visit Ruby. Brimbo gets
out of her wet clothes and into one of his jackets. Lily comes home and
Brimbo leaves. Prince says nothing was even happening and why Brimbo was
there but Lily cooly says that it has stopped raining.
