                            GH Update for 03/15/96
                            By John R. Andrews, UIC

Today was an example of the classic soap who-done-it. Try to get as many people
as possible to threaten the victim or have motives and then arrange it so they
have no alibis.

Scene 1
Tom and Felicia discuss their next roof top fantasy. He gives her a few hints.
Scene 2
Keesha and Justus argue about Damian's accusations. Keesha comments that she
could kill Damian. Katy Bell walks in and announces that they need to take the
offensive.
Scene 3
At home, Luke and Laura discuss Lucky after Damian's story about Lucky's
gambling. When Lucky comes down they confront him directly. He stammers
through the story about stealing the Quartermain vase and the petty cash from
the club, but convenently omits the part about Damian until they bring it up.
Scene 4
At GH, people congratulate Bobbie for dissing Damian on TV, but she gets upset
and publicly wishes him dead. Tony takes her aside and questions what is really
the matter.
Scene 5
Katy spells out a PR campaign to enhance Justus' image and destroy Damian's.
Justus and Keesha decide to accept her help which Katy offers for free.
Scene 6
Lucky relates the sad story of how Damian paid off his dept. Luke tells Lucky
he'll retrieve the Q's vase from the pawnbroker which Lucky will return. Laura
chews out Lucky good. After he leaves for school, Luke sadly admits, "I know. I
let it happen." but Laura shakes her head no.
Scene 7
Back at GH, Bobbie sees a bouquet of roses at the nurse's station and zones out
accidentally dropping a tray of medicine. Everyone suggests she go home and
relax. [Keep her out of surgery, that's for sure.]
Scene 8
Damian intercepts Katherine as she leaves Justus'. He tells her he wants her
back anyway he can get her. She tells him to drop dead.
Scene 9
Luke and Laura seriously discuss Lucky. Luke admits he's no good at being the
stern disciplinarian. They worry that Damian may try to corrupt Lucky who could
be susceptible, but Luke comments that Damian will never get the chance.
Scene 10
Damian arrives at the Foundation and taunts Keesha. When she raises her voice,
Justus rushes in and slams Damian into the wall. Damian smirks that he'll tell
the media what just happened.
Scene 11
Felicia, dressed like an escapee from "I Dream of Jeannie," finds the roof top
made up like the Arabian Desert. Tom, also dressed the part, tries to get her
involved, but, unfortunately, Felicia says she's bummed out by a desert fantasy
because the last time she was near a desert she was pregnant and looking for
Frisco. Accomodatingly, [a guy will do anything on the off chance he'll get
lucky] Tom changes the fantasy locale to Crete.
Scene 12
Tony tries to cheer up the depressed Bobbie by bringing her food and a doll she
was looking at in the store, but Bobbie just gets more morose.
Scene 13
Tom continues to try to move on Felicia, but she's not really very responsive.
Scene 14
Bobbie breaks into tears expressing fears that she's having a nervous
breakdown. Tony tries to reassure her.
Scene 15
Keesha tells Justus some people who sold out to Damian have not returned their
grant money and wonders if they should sue. Justus' comments he believes
they'll do the right thing, but isn't really paying attention to her and
eventually walks out.
Scene 16
Luke and Lucky have a father/son talk, though one some people wouldn't quite
approve of. Luke tells him that Damian wants part of Lucky, but it'll never
happen because he's history. Laura calls from the Ward House and asks Luke to
bring her a prescription for one of the kids.
Scene 17
At the ward House, while Laura sings to a couple of babies, Damian breaks into
the next room.
Scene 18
Back at Fantasy Island, [Dee plane, Boss, dee plane. I see it, Tato, I may be
old but I'm not blind? And get off my leg, you horny little gnome or I'll have
you fixed.] Tom and Felicia share a date, literally, lip-to-lip [gag]. Tom has
his own mental fantasy about Felicia. When he returns to the here-and-now,
they kiss for real.
Scene 19
Damian douses the Ward House living room with gas and prepares to ignite it;
however, suddenly, he is struck in the head and rendered unconscious while the
place goes up in flames around him. In the next room, Laura continues singing
oblivious to the smoke coming under the door. [No smoke detectors in the
place?]
