                           General Hospital Update
                             Tuesday Feb 13, 1996

Breakfast time and at the Q's with Lila and EdQ having coffee. Weasl and
Lois come in, she bearing a scroll rolled up with a red ribbon. It is the
paper that hands over control of the Japanes pharmacy. EdQ is still grumpy
about the whole thing. Some light bickering starts up only to be
interrupted by Alan & Monica coming in. Both of them have the biggest
smiles as if ... , well anyway, Monica tells everyone that she knows who
her secret admirer is. The others are a little suprised that Alan is
smiling about that until it strikes them that Alan is the admirer.

Prince and Lily arrive at Kelly's. Ruby asks, jokingly, if the honeymoon is
over already. They say no, they just got tired of the snow and have come
back to finish Lily's move. As they are talking Tish walks in. She makes a
nuisance of herself before leaving. Lily tells Prince that Tish doesn't
push her buttons anymore and he shouldn't let Tish push his. They go up to
finish the move. Lucky comes in for a hot breakfast that his mother wont
provide and Prince comes down. He joins Lucky and asks about Luke. Lucky
asks if they did snowboarding in Vt. Prince says no, he had enough of that
back in his Brooklyn days. Lucky is doubtful about that till he realizes
that the snowboarding was done with regular stuff, like garbage can lids.
Lucky asks if Prince knows anything about the pool hall poker game. Prince
tells him to forget about it, those guys were not the type to trust and
associate with. Lucky asks how being married is and Prince says it is great
and he highly recommends it. Lucky then gets "running of the mouth"
disease and talks about and compliments Lily the teacher. He informs Prince
that even the smartalecks listen to Lily and adds "it doesn't hurt that
noone is going to mess with Sonny Corinthos' fiance". He sees Princes
reaction to that and says "I probably shouldn't have said that". Prince
asks Lucky to let him know if Lily starts getting any grief over being
married to him. Lily comes down and Lucky heads out to school.

Lily takes Lucky seat and starts talking about going to the condo. She is
very nervous about entering it the first time as a married couple. He
admits that he has butterflies galore. They have an earnest discussion
about their future. They finally gather their nerves and go to the condo.
At the door they freeze again and he gives a pep talk. He offers to carry
her over the threshold. She says she never wants him to carry her, but hse
does want him to hold her hand. They enter. He tells her it feels different
now, no longer a place to live but a home. They kiss passionatly.

In the brownstone common room, Tom and Simone are having an argument with
Bobi and Fily present. He is arguing that Simone has to marry Justus,
otherwise Tommy will see that being petulant he has power over the adults
in his life. Simone is saying that its not just Tommy but also Justus
reaction to her decision reasoning in regards to Tommy. Tom says balony.
Simone then says what if Tommy really gets traumatized by the remarriage.
Tom says 'pshaw' and says his mother got married and it didn't affect(sp?)
him any. Simone says "You don't really want me to explore that" and Tom
agrees that he is not the best example in the world. He then turns to Fily
and Bobi for their input. Bobi is raring to go but Fily wants nothing to
with it, just watch the show and wants to go home. Bobi reminds her that
she is home. Fily says she wants to respect others space but Simone though
insists on their input as well. The two woman take Tom's side, with of
course Fily doing most of the talking. Simone is chagrined and gives in on
the basic point. Bobi and Simone head off to work, leaving Tom and Fily to
talk. She is somewhat suprised that he has changed so much in a few months
with his attitude towards to Simone and Justus. He tells her there is no
going back to the way things were.

Tish gets back to the studio and starts throwing things around. Lois and
Wesl arrive and she tells them she bumped into the happily married couple.
Weasl tries to tell her to get over it. A messanger arrives with a package
from Jax for Lois. It is a huge emarald ring. Weasl is not happy and
neither is Lois. She arranges for a messanger pickup to return it. Later on
she tells him he shouldn't worry about the ring. She doesn't like rings
that detract from her nails anyway. Lois leaves for stage preparations.
Weasl then approaches Tish about going after Jax. She is against the idea
till he convinces that Prince would get jealous seeing her on some rich
guys arm. This takes the ring to return it. Lois gets back and is not at
all pleased upon hearing Weasl's plan.

Alan gets home early and Monica is there doing paperwork. They decide to
have some afternoon delight.
