Really not that much to add to the quickie...

Lucy gives a deposition to the cops/da, with Mac and Justus present. Since
the nature of a deposition leads to open ended questions, its difficult to
keep Lucy on track. However, her full story with Sigmund and all leads the DA
to think that the case is still very much alive and has Mac and Justus
rolling their eyes a lot. Lucy is just not credible. Later on at Mac's ,
Natatasha is upset. Lucy could relieve her conscience by telling the truth
but she could tell the truth so bizzarly the grand jury wouldn't believe her.
Justus says not to worry , but his body language says this is going to be a
big problem. He offers to coach Lucy.

Lucky, Emily and a not-cute-anymore Sly arrive at Ruby's after school. They
are complaining about homework. One of the poker players [pp for short] comes
in and sits in. He is coy about his relationship with Lucky but Lucky tells
all. PP invites Lucky to a big game, Lucky declines. PP leaves, the trio
kibbutz for awhile , during which time Lucky tells all about the $500 gambit,
then break for home. Outside, PP is waiting for Lucky. Lucky allows himself
to get talked into the game and borrow money. When Lucky gets home, Mike is
doing housework. Lucky asks him for help with homework. Much to Mike's dismay
Luke breaks out a deck of cards. Mike tries to talk some sense into the brat
but it doesn't take. Mike eventually leaves and Lucky goes to the closet to
prepare the cachet of money in his duffelbag. At that moment Luke walks in.
Lucky improvises that he is checking the flashlight and states the bulb is
weak and heads upstairs. However he is a bit too glib and Luke checks out the
flashlight himself. He sees Lucky was lying and gets upset. He searches some
more till he finds the cash. At first he is going to pull the money but then
he changes his mind and apparantly decides to let Lucky hang himself.

Lois and Simone are going thru the accumualted mail and canonizing MayMae [am
i the only one who thinks they should've recast?]. Prince comes in and leaves
an envelope for Justus or Keisha, who ever comes first. Simone and Tommy go
upstairs to care for the babies, leaving Lois and Prince alone. He asks about
her crash, she about his. He tells her that he is marrying someone who is
kind, nice, pretty, devoted and whom he could trust. Lois counters with the
fact that he told Tish he loved only her. He says so what? The two of them
were not built for the long one and challenges Lois to refute that. She can't
and even says she told Tish the same thing. Prince leaves.

Lois and Simone pick up on the mail and start talking about things, Prince in
particular. Simone asks about L&B and Lois tells her about the Eddie Main
plan for the Outback on Friday night. Tom arrives. He talks to Tommy about
accepting Simone's new hubby. The boy seems to understand and accept the
words of wisdom. Simone, who overheard is very grateful to Tom. Justus
arrives and Simone gives him the envelope. It contains a Big check. They all
talk about Prince. Tommy comes into the room and it becomes apparant that the
father-son chat didn't take.
