                           General Hospital Update
                              Tues Dec 19, 1995

Oh, WOW. The writers are back - whatta show. It looks i'm pretty naive as
the triangle blindsided me.

Early in the morning, Weasl comes a knocking on Mac's door. Weasl delivers
the news about Prince's arrest and is a little suprised to find Mac knew
already. When Natasha comes down Weasl finally puts 2 and 2 together. Mac and
Natasha finally convince Weasl to stop thinking outloud and shutup about the
Natasha connection. Later Robin offers moral support.

At the nurses station, Simone is bemoaning the newspaper headline to Bobi.
They are shouting out the fact that Justus defended Prince the Crook. Justus
arrives, slightly bemused by the story and a little peeved that Prince is
being declared ipso facto guilty and unworthy of rights. Bobi asks why he did
it and he says cuz Luke asked the favor. A discussion ensues concerning
politics, the populace impressions, etc.

At the courthouse case #139483205 begins. Prince's regular lawyer, Luke,
Robin, Mike, Lily and Brimbo are present. The DA argues for $5mil bail.
Prince only has $3mil that is untouched by RICO seizure. Lawyer argues that
Prince can't go anywhere anyway, what with assets frozen and pleads for
lowering bail to $3mil and that Prince has no way to get the rest. Judge says

                "Then your client has the courts condolences"  and sets bail
at $5mil. Brimbo and Lily are very upset and in tears. Luke and Mike go back
to the restaraunt where Mike bemoans Prince's fate. Mike has done some
reading and is chock full of info about RICO, etc. Lily comes with the news
that the condo manager is temporarily kicking Prince out till the monthly
maintenance money is paid. Lily took some clothes out and the car out. Justus
then comes by to hide out from the maddening crowd of politicos and
reporters. Luke asks if Justus is angry about getting involved and Justus
says no. Justus does say that things look very bleak for Prince.

Boris runs into Audry at the hospital. He is looking for the blood donor
station. She is pleased he is donating, but no, he can't donate due to some
illness he had. He is just here to stockpile his own blood, to be prepared.
Afterward he confronts Bobi and starts arguing with her. He warns her that,
as he told her brother, he is his father's son [he didnnt actually say that
to her. He just threatened without threatining] Tony comes riding in on his
white horse and confronts Boris. Boris doesn't back down and lets everyone
know he is on his game. [Leigh is just *terrific* with this persona!]

Lily visits Papa in Rochester(?). She asks him to take care of things for
Prince. Papa is somewhat astounded that the same person who disowned for his
activity is now asking for that very thing. He wants to hear whats up. She
tells him that she loves Prince and is fully aware of what she asking for and
what the consequences and reprocutions are. He says he'll see what he can do.

Brimbo visits Prince in a meeting room. They have a meaningful conversation
and then she kisses him passionatly.
