The "underpants" update -- I'll be brief!

It's "'round Midnight" at Luke's Club and the Natives are Definitely Restless

May-Mae's rendition of "'round Midnight" has just about everyone in a dreamy,
contemplative mood.  Luke and Laura sit at the bar and discuss their
relationship.  Luke wonders aloud if he'll ever get to park the Volvo in the
garage again.  At their table, Damian and Lucy talk about Kevin and Madame
Maia.  Eventually, Lucy decides to go home and Damian offers her a lift.  Alan
and Monica talk about Edward's old fling with May-Mae, then they too decide to
scram.  Lois, Ned, Miguel and LeLee are all still inside but Ned leaves to see
that Brenda is okay with the mini-mobster in the parking lot.  The rest of the
crew soon follow.  Outside in the parking lot, Sonny continues to rant and
scream at Brenda for having the temerity to visit Luke's Club and bring Miguel.
He forbids her to set foot again on "his turf"; she tells him to go to hell.
Soon Ned joins them and he and Sonny get into a shoving match.  Luke breaks
them up, holding Ned back, and allows Sonny to sucker-punch Eddie Maine.
Finally, Lois restrains Ned, Luke is holding Sonny back, Mig and LeLee are
bystanders, Laura and Brenda are sadly watching the fray.  Then Ned spouts off
about Sonny being affiliated with the biggest mob in the Caribbean and how
they've got the proof on tape!  Laura gets an earful, screams to Luke "Is
that TRUE?" and storms off.  Luke screams at everyone then, telling Lois, Ned,
Brenda and Miguel to remove themselves from the premises.  He also tells
Sonny to take a walk and cool off then Luke heads after Laura for some major
damage control.  Luke catches up to her and tells her she's jumping to
conclusions.  He explains about the tape and tries to put a positive spin on
the incriminating conversation.  They have the same old argument and end up
by having sex on the front lawn [ugh, earwigs!].  In another part of town,
Lucy has returned home to find Kevin-Bunny in her bed.  He's not asleep and
they talk about Maia, etc.  He tells her how much he loves her and they agree
to spend more time focused on each other than on other people like Damian and
Maia.  He also warns Lucy that his private life is off-limits to Maia.  Later
on in what we presume is the afterglow, Lucy lies sleeping next to Kevin. He
hears a voice.  It's a nasty voice inside his head.  We know that voice.  We
know that voice...it's RyBaby!  "You didn't think I was REALLY dead, did you?"
[evil laughter wells up]   Kevin jerks up in bed, eyes wide and frightened.

Oh, and as a postscript, over at the Brownstone Tony and Bobbie achieved
another successful moon shot.  Well, it was successful for Big Tone anyway;
the jury's still out on whether Bobbie faked it again [the 'ho].
In a bedroom at the Quartermaine mansion, Alan and Monica discuss how they've
not had sex in, what, seems like years now.  Monica kisses him and tells him
she loves him but not to bother alerting the ground control staff; there
ain't gonna be no launch tonight.  Alan sadly shuffles off.
