                           General Hospital Update
                              Tues, June 06,'95

While this update is very short it does not reflect on the quality of the
show today. Several stories did get advanced, but it was kind of, all talk no
action. The acting was very good all around.

Sonny and Brenda finish their conversation about Stone. Sonny leaves, Stone
comes out to take some medicine and kind tell by Brenda's look that she
knows. After talking a bit, Brenda goes visits Robin. Stone then arrives.

Luke tells Bobi what happened at the Old Ward House. Later, Sonny apologizes
for dragging Luke into the Scully mess. Luke says don't bother. Luke would've
found his own trouble anyway.

Paige wakes up and recognizes Alan and Emily [Maxi's future rival for Lucky].
Emily gives a brief run down on the wedding and while sharing a few nice
moments Paige just blanks out and is back asleep. Alan leaves the room after
assuring Emily and then we get the REAL tear-jerk scene. Paige has Emily take
out a box. It has a few momentos in it (wedding rings and such) plus the
letters. What letters you ask? Well, remember back in Arizona when Paige
makes her decision to come to PC, she and Monica talked about telling Emily
her thougts on special occasions by writing them down? Here they be. :_|

Ryan is eating a beakfast that Lucy prepared. She is hovering, wearing an
apron and asking if it is ok, what it being homemade and all.  Well, not
quite. The OJ [what's the matter, they couldn't use apple juice :)] is from
concentrate, though she did mix the water in and squeeze in one orange. The
muffins are from a pre-mix. And the eggs are a little hard to the fact they
were supposed to be something else and turned out scrambled. Ryan is pretty
enjoying it all and breezing thru the paper. Lucy broaches the subject of
Ryan preforming at the nurses ball this year. After all, he and Mac get along
now. Ryan says no.  Lucy stops him at the ad for Madame Maia and says
                        L I N E   O F   T H E   D A Y
       "She has that Psychic line that all the soap stars go on."   Ryan
kind of chuckles. Suprisingly though, when Lucy asks what he really thinks
about it, he is somewhat open to the idea of it all. He goes into a long
psycholigical discours on the subject as Lucy's eyes glaze over. He stops
when he realizes he is overdoing it ('Sorry, that was a bit more than you
needed.) and just warns her not to get ensnared in anything over her head.

A non-limping Boris [what was the real story with Leigh's back?] welcomes in
MadameM at her PC Hotel room. He gives her a briefing paper on Lucy and Kevin
[yeah i knew it was Kevin all along, just seeing if your paying attention].
The plan is to gain Lucy's confidence via her greed and then using that to
drive her and Kevin apart. Boris will then come in to pick up the pieces.
[It wasn't made clear if Boris plans to toy with her, ala Bobi, or to really
make a play for her affection. After today i'm not sure if this an MDP.]
MadameM then goes on to impress/befuddle Boris with a couple of tricks.
