Mother's Day Out
----------------
After putting a kettle on Maria is startled to find Frisco on the couch.
When we next see the Jones household it is controlled frenzy as Felicia
is making Maxie's lunch, trying to convince Maxie not to wear her party
dress to school, and keep Georgie pacified. When Frisco finally asks
what he can do, she has him rock Georgie and help Maxie get dressed.
When Frisco offers to do anything Felicia gets a gleam in her eye. Frisco
can watch Georgie while Felicia and Maria go shopping and eat lunch out.
Maxie whines that Georgie gets to have a date with daddy, so Felicia relents
and lets Maxie stay home from school. Maria wonders if it won't be too much
for Frisco but Felicia thinks it's exactly what Frisco needs. Once it's daddy
and his girls Frisco has to resort to singing to quiet Georgie, only after
Maxie suggests it, and then he doesn't notice Georgie has quit crying until
Maxie points it out. Then Frisco tells a story, but not The Three Bears,
Maxie is too old for that, a story of Frisco surviving a trek to safety. Then
it's play time. Frisco suggests freeze tag, etc. but Maxie wants to play
with Bimba. Bimba is a doll. Not exactly what Frisco had in mind. It's a
wedding Maxie has in mind but when Frisco tries to point out all the
possibilities for girls Maxie tells him mommy has told her the 90's are about
choice and Maxie's choice is a wedding for Bimba. Just then Georgie starts
crying and as he tries to attend to her Maxie wants him at the wedding.
Frisco finally picks up the phone and orders Rakeem to come over and help.
Meanwhile Felicia and Maria arrive at the Outback for food. Mac is surprised
to see Felicia out of the house since she's been bonding with Georgie. Mac is
truly shocked to hear Frisco has finally shown up and is babysitting. Rakeem
plays with Maxie, blowing up bridges and all, while Frisco dozes and snores.
Georgie once again starts crying. The men aren't quite sure what's wrong but
Maxie points out Georgie needs a new diaper. Rakeem won't do it even though
he has two kids, and Frisco utters one of the LOTD, "I dismantle bombs, not
diapers" only to have Rakeem counter that he doesn't do diapers. Maxie offers
to teach Daddy. Sometime later the two men are cleaning up the mess that was
created as Maxie jumps all over the sofa. They hear Maria and Felicia coming
so Frisco grabs Maxie and a teddy bear, and sits at the table with Rakeem.
Rakeem's greeting with Maria is *very* smooth. Frisco claims the day was a
piece of cake till Maxie pipes up that Frisco was snoring and Rakeem was
blowing up bridges.

Promises, Promises
------------------
Lucy arrives back at her apartment only to find Kevin on her bed. She kisses
him and he awakens to hold her, grateful that she's ok. But, Lucy isn't
really ok, it was horrible. After she relates what transpired down at the
warehouse, that if it wasn't for Mike Sonny would be dead and if it wasn't
for Luke and Sonny she'd be dead, Kevin admits he is grateful to Luke and
Sonny. When Lucy hears Kevin heard all about the sting from Luke she worries
that Kevin might have told the police but no, if he had they'd be in jail.
Kevin is definitely not happy that Luke and Sonny got Lucy involved with
drugs. It's starts to look like Lucy and Kevin will be moving to the bed
but before that happens Kevin wants a promise from Lucy. She's not to put
herself or Kevin through anything like this again and to contemplate a
"boring" life. When Lucy balks at boring, Kevin reminds her that boring to
Lucy is dangerous for everyone else. Kevin's been stretched as far as he
can go...and wants to know if Lucy can change. He wants Lucy to stay out of
danger, danger being anything that takes Lucy away from him. Lucy promises
to be good. In their afterglow Kevin warns Lucy of a delayed reaction to
the kidnapping. Mention of the kidnapping starts Lucy wondering why Damian
tipped Luke to where Scully had taken her. Lucy pops out of bed to go ask
Damian which doesn't exactly please Kevin. Lucy figures she can't get into
any trouble in Damian's hotel room.

Why Now?
--------
While Sonny paces in Mike's ICU room Luke learns from Tony that while Mike
did make it through the night he's just barely holding his own. Brenda
arrives, unable to wait any longer at the apartment, not knowing where
Sonny was or how badly Mike was shot. She learns Scully shot Mike and
when she asks who killed Scully upon learning Scully was killed Luke just
points her in the direction of Sonny, just beyond the window. Luke then
takes her into the hall to explain the MDP and how Lucy was nabbed after
Scully had made bail. Brenda wants to stay with Sonny but she was scheduled
to go shopping with Lois. Luke offers to call Lois. Sonny finally sees
Brenda, comes out into the waiting room. Brenda expresses her sympathies
and Sonny remarks he would have been in the morgue if not for Mike. However
Sonny still questions Mike's motives. It would be just like Mike to die and
thus leave Sonny feeling guilty for the rest of Sonny's life. Luke gets
ahold of Lois after she has awakened from a nightmare. One where she walked
down the aisle naked. Ned thinks it's funny but not Lois. It's another
panic attack. When she answers the phone, she learns Sonny and Brenda are ok
but Mike's in the hospital. Lois tells Luke they'll be right down before Luke
can tell her not to come. When Lois and Ned arrive at ICU Lois has hugs
for Sonny and Brenda. They learn Scully is dead. When Ned asks how Scully
died Sonny gives the Cliff Notes version. Brenda wants to back out of
shopping and Lois agrees until Sonny pushes Brenda to go. Lois sees Sonny
wants to be alone so off they go. Ned asks Sonny for more details but Sonny
tells Ned to read about it in the paper. The paper isn't good enough for Ned
so he goes to see Mac. Mac tells him the straightforward story about Sonny
and Luke rescuing Lucy, that it was pure self-defense and confirmed by
witnesses. Both are dismayed that once again Sonny has landed on his feet.
Ned is worried as Mac thinks a guy married to Sonny's partner would be but
Ned can't understand how Lois and Brenda can't see the danger. Back in
ICU Sonny continues to pace. Sonny wonders why Mike is there now and not
back when Sonny got beat up as a kid. Sonny learned from that beating,
built himself up and tackled the bully who beat him up such that no one ever
messed with Sonny again. Sonny wants to know why now is when Mike was there.
Harry arrives and tells Luke word has hit the street. Sonny is motioned
out and Harry gives them the word. It's bad news, very bad news.

Wyndhams Or Bust
----------------
When Lois and Brenda leave GH they head to Fifi's Bridal Barn, a discount
bridal store. The sales clerk mistakes Brenda for the bride so she
repeats her sugary greeting twice. She thinks Lois is probably interested
in New Age, but no, Lois wants traditional but not cliche. Lois tries on
one tacky gown after another, which look even tackier with her black straps,
black stocking and leather boots. Lois is about to commit suicide when she
and Brenda are in tacky, puffy, dresses. But instead of a double funeral
Brenda tries to convince Lois they should go to Wyndhams. Lois thinks that's
too expensive, this Quartermaine is on a budget. But faced with the lack
of elegance in Fifi's Lois finally agrees to look for something elegant,
yet understated at Wyndhams. It's Wyndhams or Bust.
