                          General Hospital Synopsis
                               Tues Apr 18, '95

No 'Line of the Day', but don't take that as a bad sign. There was just
nothing that stuck out as the show was somber & the stings slowly advance ...

Luke and Mike discuss the hijack plans. Sonny comes by for one last chance of
changing Luke's mind about using Mike. The shipment is coming around Midnite.
Luke calls Laura and finds out LesLu is crawling. Luke peruses the crowd at
dinner and seeing Damien banters with him a bit. When Mike asks if Damien
should be frozen out, Luke says he changed his mind about that and decided to
keep his enemies close at hand.

Lucy comes by Kevin's office. She is full of good thoughts but her mood is
dampened when Kevin tells her that their liason the previous night did not
mean he approves of Lucy's decisions. Lucy tries to placate Kevin by
promising a night of, umm, special activities when her phone rings. It's Luke
telling her that she has to be at the club tonite to spend time with Scully
in order to give herself cover. Kevin is not at all happy that Lucy is
dumping him for the plan and that she wont say what the part for the nite is.

Natasha visits AJ at the Charles Street Foundation. She convinces a very
reluctant AJ to let her call a non-profit regulations and grant expert on
behalf of the Foundation. When he presses for why she wants part of the
Foundation action she tells a story or two and then just says it is in order
to try to cleanse her name. Justis comes by, she chats with him for a couple
of minutes then leaves. Justice asks AJ what she was up to and he tells him
about her friend with the grants. Justis warns AJ to keep an eye on her.
Justis eventually takes Simone out to dinner where they kiss.

Stone is reading in Kevin's office. He is having some problems but is
advancing, with Kevin giving full support. Stone does get frustrated but
keeps on plugging. Kevin tells him that if Stone really wants it, the
dyslexia will be overcome. Stone keeps on going. He gets back to the
apartment and buddies up with Sonny. Sonny boosts Stone's esteem and tells
him that he never doubted his intelligence. He then tells Stone to take the
night off and go to sleep, since Stone looks like heck.

Luke sees Scully at the front door, with Sonny. They start putting the plan
into motion. Scully tells Sonny that he doesn't appreciate Luke's avoiding
him and putting him off. Scully starts to head off after Luke to talk some
sense into him, but Sonny tells him that he thinks Luke is coming around.
Lucy slinks in around Scully and when Scully finally sees her he joins her.
She is all bubbly and tells him that her latest shipment is solving all her
problems. Her mood sours when she sees Boris and Natasha kissing. Scully asks
her why and she tells him that she just knows that they are behind her
problems. Scully chats for a few more minutes then tells Sonny he wants to
talk to Luke now. Sonny delays him for a couple of minutes and Luke and Mike
leave, in disguises, for the hijack.

Boris and Natasha are gloating over Lucy's fall and her imminient doom. They
then discuss the Foundation sting. Turns out that the expert is a contact of
Damiens, who will set up a faulty registration for the Foundation. ELQ will
be making a matching donation to the faulty grant, either by their own
violition or with the help of Natasha's prodding, thus opening them up for
all sorts of fraud and tax-evasion problems. They cackle some more.
