Nothing but feudin' n'fightin' in ole Port Chuck
=================================================
At the Q mansion, A.J. waits up for Jason to return from Brenda's party.
He wants little brother to fill him in on the dirt. Jason replies that
everyone left as soon as they could. Essentially, the party turned into
a shambles because of A.J.'s fight with Miguel. They get into an argument
about Miguel's actions. A.J. pleads innocent; he was dancing with Lily at
HER request. Jason replies that A.J. should't have danced with another
man's "woman" [pretty proprietary, Jason, and more than a bit "holier-than-
thou", you little prick]! Alan walks in during their exchange and jumps into
the fray; he blames A.J. for the fight at Luke's Club. Monica interrupts
them and demands to know the details. When she finds out that there wasn't
even a punch thrown, she tells Alan and Jason to stop ganging up on A.J. and
that the whole "fight" sounds like a big nothing.

At the gatehouse, Lois and Ned quack about the fight and the ruined party.
Lois' heart goes out to Brenda. Ned points out that he found it interesting
when Sonny jumped into the fray to defend LeLee's "honor". Lois explains
that Sonny is an old-fashioned guy. Ned claims that Sonny's actions went
beyond chivalry; hasn't Lois noticed that Sonny has been more than a little
jumpy lately? She agrees and they speculate it's because of Mike hanging
around. They finally kiss and snuggle down together. Later on, Lois
congratulates them (as a couple) as people who were able to surmount their
problems and get back together. Lois is worried that Miguel will leave Port
Chuck and flee to Puerto Rico...then what will happen to L&B? Ned tries to
assure her that his money is behind her. She explains that she needs to pay
her own way and taking his money would mean that she was "cheating".

Meanwhile, at Sonny's place Brenda is teary and upset about the party; she
told Sonny that the whole fiasco was Lily's fault. He's incredulous that
she blames Lily for the fight. She says that LeLee provoked a reaction from
Miguel by flirting with A.J. Sonny responds that if Miguel isn't filling her
needs, then she's free to look elsewhere. Shooting Sonny a disgusted look,
Brenda claims that Saint LeLee has blinded him with her supposed "virtue"
and he can't possibly be objective. He asks her to explain the anger about
LeLee. Brenda replies that LeLee is into playing games: she's especially
expert at being the damsel in distress. Brenda says that LeLee knows Sonny
is there to "save" her and that she enjoys manipulating him. Eventually, they
sort of kiss and make up. They discuss the "friendship" ring; Brenda claims
she didn't really expect an engagement ring and says she disdains the thought
of marriage. He agrees, to her secret dismay.

Mig and LeLee argue about the fight. He claims that she provoked him in
order to get a reaction; she denies it (double-yawn). They argue some more
and she points out that he now refers to their relationship in the past
tense. She says he's been looking for an excuse to leave her, he's afraid
of real commitment, yattah-yattah, yattah. Lily tells him she can't change
and become the person Miguel wants her to be; he claims he loves her like
she is and doesn't want her to change. She avers that she loves him and
doesn't want to leave him; he says he still loves her, too, but he won't
let her play games with his emotions. They agree to disagree for the moment
and adjourn to their respective rooms. Later on, Miguel gets a knock at the
door and jhumps up, assuming it's LeLee. It's Mike, telling him that he's
just gotten home from work and if Mig wants to talk Mike is there. Mig is
touched by his thoughtfulness and, seeing Mike's dark hulk silhouetted in
the doorway, notices a faint resemblance to Sonny. Mig then feels a familar
stirring somewhere south of the border and he invites Mike in with a coy, "I
could use a lift right about now!"

Kevin lights into Lucy when he sees her and demands his keys back. He tells
her that as long as she's going to be involved in dangerous games, she's in
it by herself! Lucy points out that he's doing the old "withholding
affection until he gets his own way" [hey, it works for us girls!]. They
continue jabbing at each other and Kevin flings all her past mistakes into
her face. He demands his keys again; she refuses and calls him a jealous,
controlling, manipulative bully who should be ashamed of himself. Kevin
claims he's not jealous, that he's simply worried sick about her and her
games with Luke & Co. He says that he can't bear it when she puts herself
in danger; it makes him angry and feel powerless. When he says he's going to
walk out, Lucy finally takes him seriously. However, she says she will not
accept their breaking up because of this. They love each other, she tells
him, and will forgive him his jealous pique. She offers not to hold it
against him if he holds it against her.
