Subject: GH: Update for Fri 03/10/95

                            GH Update for 03/10/95

Scene 1
Ned discusses Eddie Main with Lila who likes the changes in Ned since he began
his musical career and hopes he will continue.  AJ and Jason interrupt to say
they'll be out with Keesha to discuss Charles Street Foundation business. When
Ned shows interest, AJ blows him off saying Ned's not on the board or active in
ELQ so it's none of his concern.
Scene 2
At the Outback, Robin begs Mac to allow her to be an Idle Rich groupie and to
help Lois at Ned's concert. After heavy lobbying by Brenda and Lois, Mac
relents and gives his permission. Afterwards, Katherine slithers over for a
quick flirt.
Scene 3
Simone and Tom start to explain to Tom Jr. about their future plans.
Scene 4
At GH, Tony and Felicia discuss the new baby. As Tony gushes support promises,
Bobby comes into the room. Tony's fastuous fawning seems to instill a touch of
discouragement in Bobby who just happens to bring up Frisco in the
conversation.
Scene 5
Katherine continues to banter with Mac about his love life. She says he needs a
woman.
Scene 6
Tom tells his son that he's going back to Africa. "Who you think you're gonna
find there, white bread, Kunta Hardy?" Tom Jr snaps hostilely.  Simone tells
him they decided not to be married any more.  "You planning to dump Dad for
that homeboy lawyer?" Tomboy queries.
Scene 7
Katherine proceeds to disparagingly enumerate all the women Mac could be
involved with. She accuses him of being too spam-like and self-righteous and
taunts him about never doing anything outrageous.  In a misguided attempt to
prove her wrong, he puts on some Rock-and-Roll-Lite and proceeds to dance
around the Outback like a yuppie Zorba the Greek.  Eventually, he scoops up Ms.
Bell for a bit of if not dirty then at least slightly soiled dancing just as
Damian comes in.
Scene 8
After the dance, Damian limps over, and Mac seats them. Katherine tries to
explain and reassure an obviously unpleased Damian, but he comments that if Mac
had a bigger bank account, he'd be more worried. She is slightly hurt by the
implication but says his insecurity is touching, and besides, everyone knows
it's not how big a guy's bank account is, but what he does with it that counts.
At that point, the Q-boys and Keesha show up, and D+K look them over like a
pair of hungry wolves considering a trio of fatted lambs.
Scene 9
Kevin comes to visit Felicia and tells her Ryan died. She replies that she's
relieved [shouldn't be] and sorry [will be].
Scene 10
Meanwhile Ryan posing as Kevin looks over the nursery. He tries to get the
attending nurse to allow him to take the baby to Felicia for feeding, but she
declines and proceeds to Felicia's room with Ryan close behind.
Scene 11
Justus calls the now alone Simone, and she spills her guts saying her marriage
is over. "I'm sorry," he lies convincingly and asks if she'd like company.
"Very much," she replies. "Yes!" Justus yells after she hangs up, high fiving
an imaginary companion. He takes a hit of Binaca, checks his wallet just in
case she's very lonely, and heads out the door.
Scene 12
Eddie and his entourage car pool to the concert in Ithaca. [Update question of
the day: What classic Greek character's home was Ithaca?  Ithaca Greece, of
course, not New York. Answer later.]
Scene 13
Edward and Lila banter about Annabelle. [I feel I must apologize to all you
Foster, Annabelle, and Sigmund fans, but this whole animal stuff is a load of
dog dirt to me. Just one step above seeing ex-mophead.]
Scene 14
At Felicia's hospital room door, Ryan as Kevin browbeats the poor nurse into
giving him Georgie, but when the nurse walks off, he purloins the papoose.
Scene 15
Kevin props up the lactating Felicia who says she feels like Pam Anderson after
a recharge, so Kevin heads off to find out what's holding up the feeding.
Scene 16
AJ offers to hire Keesha as his assistant. Jason is suspicious of his motives,
but she can't refuse AJ's sales pitch.
Scene 17
Katherine glares at the trio while Damian assures her he has plans that will
hurt ELQ.
Scene 18
Kevin asks the nurse about Felicia's baby. She insists he just took her to
Felicia.  Shocked, he bolts for Felicia's room.
Scene 19
Reginald inadvertently releases Annabelle who promptly runs off.  [Hopefully,
never to be seen again.]
Scene 20
Back on the road, Ned plays coy refusing to divulge his plan to balance being
Eddie Main and also head of ELQ.
Scene 21
Kevin rushes to Felicia who, of course, doesn't have the baby.  The nurse
adamantly maintains that she gave the baby to Kevin.  "Ryan?" Felicia
immediately asks. "Impossible, I saw him dead," Kevin insists, "I saw him in
his coffin."
Scene 22
In his car, Ryan playfully chats with his new travelling companion explaining
how he made his plans and covered their tracks giving them time to get to
Canada. [good plan, eh]

The answer to today's update question is, as I'm sure you all knew,
Odysseus(Ulysses), King of Ithaca and hero of Homer's epic poem "The Odyssey."
