                          General Hospital Synopsis
                              Tues, Feb 28, 1995

i got a job, looks like a good one, so updates will be more like synopsis and
probably wont be done until late Wednesdays. More importanly, MAJOR KUDOS to
the poster who came up with KatyBel&Damien = Boris&Natasha! Wonderful :)

Monica brings Paige a hot drink. Paige talks to Monica a bit about how
patients approach their dying. Paige hasn't given Monica an answer about a
visit to PC and Emily because she hasn't decided yet whether to fight or give
in to the inevitable. They talk some more and Monica brings up the
possibility of getting a third opinion. To her own suprise, Paige says no,
that would just be messing around with Jim [hint: Croche]. Now that she has
accepted the reality the situation, Paige decides to do the PC thing. Monica
insists on buying winter cloths for Paige and Emily, finally she gets a girl
she can dress up, and gets Paige to start making a list of items and sizes.
While making up the list, Paige starts breaking up. The two of them get the
idea of Paige leaving messages for Emily on tapes to be played at special
times; birhtdays, graduations, weddings and first baby. sigh

Mac hovers around Filly making sure she is ok. She gets a couple of 'false
contractions' [talk about your oxymorons] which drive Mac crazy, but she is
fine and is sure that Frisco will arrive. And her intuition is always right.

Tom & SImone come for dinner. They basically decide the only thing they have
is love and that they will divorce.

Lois is eating pasta and reading an article. Ned comes into the studio and
can't believe that she is eating before the big official welcome dinner at
the Q mansion. He is further puzzled when she asks the difference between a
fish and salad fork and absolutely flipped that the article she is reading is
"How to Pretend You were Always Rich". He tells her it is nonsense. She is
very nervous, he tells her not to worry. As they leave, she grabs a bunch of
Idle Rich t-shirts that she got as presents for the Q clan.

The Q's are getting ready for pre-dinner drinks, Lila telling them to be on
best behavior. Lois & Ned arrive and the drinks start getting served by
Reginald. EdQ asks Lois the
                        L I N E   O F    T H E   D A Y
      "What's your poison. Oh, sorry about that Reginald."  The discussion is
pretty blase, AJ starts an argument between EdQ and Lois after the t-shirts
are handed out about Ned's plans now that the 6 weeks are over. Alan arrives,
which brings a break to the argument till dinner. They argue in circles,
ending with both of them saying the other has a somewhat legitimit point and
that Ned will have to make his own decision. [sorry folks, to me these scenes
were a bummer, nothing like the 'Ok, who did Alan kill this time' scene] Ned
and Lois enjoy some afterglow back at the studio, Lily decides that the best
way to show Lois she is part of the family is to invite the Corrilo's over.
Woops, there was a good exchange when Ned & Lois left. EdQ commented that Lois
reminded him of Tracy, and Lois took it as a complaint instead of a compliment!
She faphumphered a bit as she realized what she did and scrammed.
