                          General Hospital Synopsis
                              Tues, Feb 21 1995

Slow day, and the writers took off. No good dialogue, not even a LineOfTheDay
and there was a whole stupid filler scene thrown in. sigh

Kevin plays up to the Blonde Bimbo and gets her to steal a couple of
prescription slips for him to use. Kevin has smug smile on his face.

Steve and Audrey come home, Steve complaining about not being in the
hospital. Audrey points out that he could do nothing there, he was there all
night and he should eat and get some sleep. She shuffles off to get some
breakfast and he takes out the paper. Audrey comes back and starts looking
for her glasses to read the paper. Steve points out they are on her head.
They start perusing the paper when the door opens and this guy comes in. They
look at him as if they don't recognize him. It is Tom. They exchange
greetings and then Tom tells him he plans on going to Chad and setting up a
practice there. He feels usefull there. Steve is disappointed that Tom
doesn't want to follow in his footsteps. Steve heads off for bed and Audry
asks Tom what is really going on. Tom says nothing more, only that he and
Simone have things to work out and he has some mending to do with Jr.

Sonny enters his apartment and anwsers a ringing phone. It is Justus who
tells Sonny that Luke is in trouble and needs Sonny to post bond if needed.
Garcia is in the middle of grilling Scully. Scully tells Garcia about his
meeting with Luke. He calls Luke rude and sullen, etc. Grica agrees with the
characterization of Luke, but tells Scully that the police don't trust Scully
and will be keeping an eye on him. Scully denies threatining Luke or the
public wellfare of PC and despite his rather rude reception he plans on
staying in PC for awhile. Scully leaves and Garcia is frustrated.

In the operating room, BigIdiot regains conscience and tells Tony what
happens. Outside, Tiff and Filly are holding vigil unaware of BigIdiot's
brief lucidity. Tiff is really upset by the shooting and about Luke's
involvement. Among other things, she can't understand why Luke would shoot
BigIdiot given that he just saved BigIdiot's life in PR.  Tiff wants a drink,
and not milk, badly but knows it might not be best for her baby. Filly offers
getting chamille tea, Tiff declines. Filly then talks about how she reacted
during Maxie's crises and offers some advice to Tiff, who is quite receptive.
The idea that clicks is to think of the good times that they had and we then
get a flashback of Tiff-BigIdiot scenes.

We get a bogus, filler scene of Luke's arraignment. After BigIdiot's
statement comes in and Luke is released he rushes to the hospital. He enters
the waiting room as Filly is leaving to get some tea that Tiff acquises to.
She gives Luke a semi-dirty look. He enters the room and says "Elsi May, I'm
so sorry." She starts ranting at him, he tells her it was an accident and
then drops the bomb shell of BigIdiot's lucidity. She is she shocked and then
pleased. She misses Laura [as do i. Where IS Gene Francis?!] . Filly comes
back with Tea for everyone and is told the news. They huddle for a while and
then Tony comes out and says "We did everything we could."

After the court scene, Justus semi-confronts Sonny. Sonny claims ignorance
but Justus ain't buying. Sonny rushes off to see Scully. Scully basically
confirms what Sonny thought, that Scully tried to put the squeeze on. Of
course, Scully puts it in much nicer terms. Sonny get very angry and starts
razzing on Scully. Scully takes great exception at this and insists that he
be treated with respect. He controls his temper and gets Sonny to slow down.
Scully tells him that Sonny shouldn't make promises he can't keep and that
Sonny is in over his head. Scully then tells him that Scully is moving in.
Sonny is not very happy, tells Scully to stay out of this and leaves.
