Date: Tue, 7 Feb 1995 11:59:25 CST From: U14780@uicvm.uic.edu Subject: GH: Update for Mon 02/06/95 By: kathy%gundog@lbl.gov (Kathy Ellington) General Hospital Update for Monday, February 6, 1995 Robin and Stone, Sitting in a Tree. F-*-*-k-i-n-g! ========================================================================= The joint is jumping at Luke's club. Downstairs B.B.King is wowing the yokels while upstairs Robin and Stone [nicknamed the "Trojan Horse" by John Andrews] prepare to do THE DEED. In a replay of the end of Friday's show, we see Mac kick the door down to Sonny's apartment and rush in on Robin and Stone, who are just buttoning up. Mac, predictably, wants to take Stone apart like a cheap jigsaw puzzle. Luke hustles Stone out of sight into Sonny's kitchen area and calms him down. Meanwhile, Robin and Mac start to fight. Stone is upset because Mac won't give Robin a chance to explain; he wants to assure Mac that he loves Robin and would never hurt her. Luke advises him to stay out of it; "this is about Robin and Mac, not about you" he tells the kid. Eventually Stone leaves the safety of the kitchen and confronts Mac, who's raring to go at him. Luke separates them and Stone hustles out. After a few more verbal barrages Robin huffs off, too. [actually, I can't remember who left first, Stone or Robin]. Downstairs, they hail a cab and whiz off, leaving Unkie Mac in their dust. Robin tells Stone that Mac tried to take something beautiful and turn it into something nasty; she still wants a taste of his salami and is he willing? [such a little vixen!] Stone gulps a couple of times and agrees to give it another shot! The kids eventually end up at a flophouse motel. Robin is dismayed at the creepy room Stone got for them, it's more like a sleaze shop than a love nest. He asks her if she wants to go home or something. She tells him this is where she wants to be and he is the person she wants to be with. Fade. Enter Joe Scully ========================================================================= Sonny is "honored" that his old-time mobster pal Joe Scully has dropped into the club. He introduces him all around; Mac eavesdrops. The Nedling, who was introduced as Eddie Maine, is suspicious and asks Joe what he does for a living. Scully replies that he's a "businessman"...Ned goes hmmm. Mac returns from the unsuccessful chase of Robin and Stone and tells Sean and Tiff about the kids. He also tells Sean about Joe Scully; they examine the mobster from afar. At the bar, Scully and Sonny reminisce a bit then get down to serious mob talk. Scully tells Sonny that, as a favor to him, he took care of Cusack! Sonny looks surprised. Lesser storylines on Monday: ========================================================================= Lucy and KatyBell almost come to blows, but are separated by Kevin and Luke, who tells Kate that he doesn't want a repeat of her Outback performance in HIS club, thank you very much! Outstanding performance by a villainess on the part of KatyBell! Lucy and Kevin make plans for a 3-day weekend in Bermuda. Justus wants to know more about the return of the native (Tom Hardy), but Simone isn't very forthcoming. Tony enters the club and sees Mike talking to Bobbie. He assumes she's trying to pick up guys and gives her the needle about it. She tells him that Mike is the club's maitre'd and to give it a rest. He apologizes and asks her if she wants to try again (at a reconciliation?); she tells him what's the point? At LaMesa, Alan and Monica agree that they need each other. end end send comments, questions, and flames to kathy%gundog@lbl.gov end
