I'm baaack, back to my old style and spirits. Unbelievable how good it can
feel to quit your job. I highly recommend it. Anyway, on to the show.

Sonny and Brenda enter the L&B studios, calling for Lois. She comes down
looking and feeling like she has a hummer of a hangover. Its just
exhaustion from keeping up with Ned. They ask her how the concert went and
Lois tells them it went fine except for the groupie hanger ons who
threatened to do bodily harm with their zealousness. Lois went give in to
their proddings to admit she cares for Ned. In fact Lois pushes off the
Buffalo unto Brenda. Brenda says great, Sonny wants some room anyway:). He
responds that he is even starting to get used to having cloths spread out
all over the place. Sonny suggests getting Stone involved in the business
and using this as training. L&B agree. Sonny then says he has some business
to attend to and leaves. Brenda [whose hair is starting to grow out quite
nicely, thank goodness] takes advantage of being one on one with Lois to
start pumping her about Ned. Lois tells her some of the old stirrings come
up, that she will be talking to Eddie but then have Ned looking at her. She
complains about women fawning over him and Brenda calls her on the jealousy
angle. Brenda claims that Lois is letting pride get in the way of her
emotions for Ned. Lois gets dressed and Ned comes in to get the latest
news. When told that Stone will be handling the concessions he is all for
it. Its undignified for his manager to be doing that and besides now Lois
can give all her attention to him. (Ned is running some scam by Lois about
a Mig song. Someone else will have to fill in the details about it.) Brenda
tells Ned that Lois sees him morphing between Ned and Eddie, so progress is
being made. He tells her that Lois needs to understand there are advantages
to having both Ned & Eddie, and since Ned is lacking, Ned has a plan to
clean him up. Brenda replies with a moan and

"Your referring to yourself in the 3rd person again, and you know that
makes me very nervous."

Ned won't tell her his idea till he tells Lois. Its an offer Lois won't be
able to pass up. After rehearsels, Ned pops the idea to Lois. He wants to
finance a video of Mig and Brenda, but doesn't want an answer right now. He
leaves and Lois is stunned.

Kevin and Lucy are rendezvousing in his office. Lucy asks how the visit
with Ryan went. He tells her that he realized that since he tried to run
away from hurting Grace, he and Ryan were not the same at all. And he has
no feelings left for him anymore. Lucy is overjoyed and wents to celebrate
in a very special way that night. Kevin is more than agreeable and they
start practicing in the office.

Ryan gets another visitor, an occupational therapist who introduces herself
as Connie Cooper. Ryan returns with "Hello, Ryan Chamberlain; alleged
seriel killer." This Cooper is a real ditz, and gives blondes all over the
country a bad name. The guard is dismissed by Connie who is assured that
Ryan wont harm her since she is the only human he could talk to. Due to
Ryan's nature, the only things available are painting (No, bad association
with Kevin) ; origami (he hates it) ; modeling clay (only if she would be
the model, she finally catches on that he has been flirting with her) and
crocheting with a special hook that can't be a weapon. This leads to a
discourse by Ryan on the treatment and 'therapy' he is receiving,
especially about the trick question of 'Why do you like to hurt people'.
She is overwhelmed by him. She shows him how to crochet and says 'we are
doing fine'. He seizes on the 'we' and sobs about how good that sounds now
since he was alone, especially since his brother just cut him out. Ryan
starts knitting something. She complimnets him and tells him he can only go
up, he responds that he has no place to go at all. They start talking a
bit, he plants the idea in her mind that he might be innocent. She's a
workaholic, middle of seven children, boyfriendless. She thinks it might be
ok to leave the crocheting with him and goes to check with her supervisor.
She returns and informs him she has to take the crocheting. He flatters her
up and she leaves full of smiles. [Geeze folks, this is pretty pathetic.
She fell for him so easily and quickly and totally. Must be the same
writers doing the Mig scenes. Though John is great.]

Laura [Gene Francis looks absolutely wonderful] tells her Luke she needs to
be home for dinner. Luke is hoping she has some thing amorous in mind, but
when she mentions liver he gets turned off. She then tells him she wants to
have a small dinner for Lucy. Luke says why, didn't we say thank you
allready? Laura is suprised, thought that Luke liked Lucy. He says she's
okay, but she has a tendency to get the wrong guy. Laura informs him of the
Kevin coupling. Laura then goes to Lucy's office [what happened to the
phone?] and invites her. Lucy at first says no, she doesn't want the
Spencers to be persona non-grata due to Lucy's unpopularity. Laura says
Luke ain't too fondly thought of either in large parts of PC. Lucy says she
is worse. Laura tells her that Spencers decides for themselves who to be
friends with. Lucy asks if she can bring Kevin and says yes. Lucy rushes to
Kevin's office and tells him about a change of plans. He is flexible but
when he hears its the Spencer's he is less than underwhelmed. She presses,
saying she never gets invited out willingly. He gives in when Lucy makes
goo goo eyes at him.

Lucy and Kevin arrive, Lucy bearing all sorts of gifts and her mouth going
non stop. As Luke put it, it was like christmas on rewind. Kevin and Luke
are uncomfortable around each other. Lucy goes up to see LesLu and says she
is the prettiest girl she's seen, aside from Serena. Spencers ask who
Serena is and Lucy tells them. [Whoa, i think this is a mistake. Spencers
were back before Serena was born.] Lucy & Laura go to the kitchen and Luke
& Kevin find out they both like 'Blues' singers. Doorbell rings, Laura
answers and in comes Bobi with a box full of BJ's stuff for LesLu. She puts
the package down and for the first time sees Lucy & Kevin is there. They
invite Bobi, she turns them down and rushes out, even stiffing Luke. On the
porch Bobi asks how could he? He responds Lucy did save his life. She tells
him to have a nice evening. Luke comes in full of apologies. Lucy forget
about it, she and Bobi have been at loggerheads for a long time. Being Lucy
she doesn't shut up and lets slip the extension of the bet. Laura goes
'What!' and Luke tells Lucy to explain herself. Lucy fufumphers a lot and
tries to drag in Kevin. It doesn't work and Laura is giving her a look that
could kill.
