Subject: GH: Update Tues 1/03 (a rather poor one, i'm afraid)

General Hospital Update
   Tues, Jan 3 '95

Unfortunately my life has been more of a mess than usual. Therefore this post
is rather poor, especially compared to the show itself. If anyone can append
to this post, please do so. Also, please e-mail me a copy so i can forward it
to the WWW page.

Kevin is in the hospital, recovering from his tub fall. After complaining to
Steve that he didn't get an ice cream cone, Steve makes him a rubber animal out
of surgical gloves. Lucy, continuing her nursing trend from PR, takes Kevin to
his house. Once there, they figure that since the cosmos are against them, they
will stay 'just friends'. Lucy gets Kevin some tea and starts reading him a
text book. She reaches over him to get something from his nightstand when their
lips somehow accidently touch. The two of them start having 'safe' sex to the
strains of "It Had To Be You" and/or "Fever" plus a montage of past 'flings'.
Afterward we had a
 L I N E  O F  T H E  D A Y    from them when talking about 'just friends' they
        "Forget it!"

Meanwhile, these two aren't the only ones enjoying a tryst. Foster gets around
even more obstacles and meets up with Annabelle. They get past the smooching
stage and get all the way home, much to the chagrin of the Q's.

Lilla meets up with MayMae to clear the air. They chat a bit. EdQ meets up with
Jason to discuss a mutual problem. Charles St needs to get going and EdQ + AJ
own a lot of property in Charles St. So, in order to give AJ some experience
and make everyone some money, they propose a joint venture with Justus. Justus
says he needs to talk it over with his advisors. Later he expresses his misgiv-
ings with MaeMay, wondering what the Q's really want and the 'free lunch'.
