                           General Hospital Update
                                 Tues, Dec 27

Kevin tells Lucy he is willing to do whatever it takes to stop the Grace
nightmares. He goes over the whole process of the self-hypnosis and how she
was to guide him with the help of the tape recording. They are both very
nervous. Anyway they go ahead and do it. Kevin re-enacts the night. When he
turns silent, Lucy starts to panick since this wasn't covered. Suddenly Kevin
restarts his narrative, with the crash. He is shouting, turns quiet and then
pops up awake. Turns out Grace was driving. They both cry. Kevin then tells
her all that he can now remember about the accident. Lucy asks him if he
knows what this means. Yup, I'm not like Ryan.

Garcia is interrogating Katherine [somehow KatyBell doesn't fit her anymore]
, who is just furious, with Damien and lawyer present. Damien is there to
provide moral support only, to which Garcia conceeds as a courtesy. He then
asks Katherine about the pills found at her place. She tells him he is nuts
if he believes that she knew of them. He asks who might have planted them and
she tells him the Q's of course. Garcia says sarcastically all roads lead to
the Q's by her. She tells him, damn straight. Garcia lays the cards on the
table: It is possible she poisoned herself to get revenge. Katherine is
spitting bullets. When Garcia asks again about the pills in the jewel box,
Katherine remembers that the box was still at the Q's. In fact she was going
up to get it when she passed out. Garcia ain't buying. Suddenly Damien pops
up with the obvious question - Why did the police get a search warrant for
her place to begin with. Garcia tells him none of his business, so the
lawyer asks. Garcia evades the question, then says 'informed source'. The
meeting is then broken up.

Brenda is very upset and feels rejected that Sonny won't commit to living
together. Right now go with the flow means flowing back to the Q mansion each
night from Sonny's. He replies that he can't exactly spend closeup time with
her at the Q's and besides, doesn't he make it comftorble for her here? She
says yeah, sure; three inches of closet space & slot on toothbrush holder.
He responds with
                        L I N E   O F   T H E   D A Y
                "If you want more closet space I can do that."  Brenda tells
him she doesn't want to feel like a visitor. Brenda has decided to move out
of the Q's to her own place, she just wanted it to be with him. She then
charges him with not loving her, just using her. They proceed to have their
usual argument. Brenda eventualy comes to the conclusion that Sonny is scared
of their relationship. Sonny tells her he doesn't want to hurt her. Brenda
starts to walk out and Sonny tells her to stop.

Keisha comes by the Ward campaign hq to chat with Justus. She wants to know
how is dealing with the fact of Grandad EdQ. He tells her not much better
then shocks her by telling her that he accompanied EdQ to court for the
verdict. But she shouldn't overread the scene, Justus was at the Q mansion
anyway. She is befuddled and he tells her that EdQ had called him that
morning to get together for a formal chat. Simone interupts them, saying she
has a problem for Justus. Keisha leaves to see how MaeMay is doing. The
problem in a nutshell is lack of campaign funds. Simone tells him that a sure
way to fix it lies with GrandPa EdQ. Justus says there is still a war of
ideas between the Q's and him. Simone starts a personal fan club of Justus,
then as they get back to work Justus makes a flirtous remark that Simone
didn't quite hear all of. Just then another female pops in, one of those do
gooders who think of everything. Simone has a bit of green monster as Justus
goes off with Nina, who is doing chauferring for the afternoon.

Keisha is back, working with Jason. She invites him to a Kwanza feast [don't
get me started on Kwanza, if this happens i'm ff'ing] and tells him that the
rest of the Q's will be invited too. She asks him how the family will react
to the two of them now that there is some blood bond. Jason tells her not to
think of how the family will think, it will only sink their relationship.
Keisha notices Simone sulking. She goes over to talk to her and serve as a
sounding board for Simone's problem of missing Tom and how her son is being
denied the benefits of a full family life.

Lucy and Kevin are enjoying sitting with their heads on each others
shoulders. Kevin thanks Lucy, Lucy tells him she did it for him and love.

Sonny and Brenda cuddle. Brenda gets a chuckle out of the fact that Sonny
just can't say the three words. They kiss a bit and then all of the sudden,
he says them!
