In scene-by-scene style....so I can get it out.....

At PCPD headquarters Luke calls Justus and lets him know Boland is dead and
that Luke needs a lawyer.  Luke wonders if a friend of a friend is setting
him up.

In Puerto Rico Brenda and Sonny return to their suite where Brenda tries to
convince Sonny she's having a great time although Brenda is feeling a bit
guilty that they have each other when Lois is miserable.  Sonny wants to be
the object of Sonny's compassion.  Brenda wonders if Miguel can forgive Lily
why shouldn't Lois be able to forgive Ned.

Once Justus arrives at PCPD Sean questions Luke.  Luke figures out Sean was
set up to be at the scene of Jack Boland's death just after Luke.  It is
discovered from the preliminary autopsy report that Boland died 1 1/2 hours
before Luke arrived....but...Justus is Luke's alibi and the only witness was
Foster.  Luke figures the tip came to Luke from Frank Smith or at least with
Frank's blessing.  Luke is convinced Frank set Luke up.  Sean questions if
Sonny is involved.

Meanwhile in PR Sonny and Brenda take advantage of the jacuzzi on the balcony
before moving to the bed....it's Crazy Love.

At the Outback Tony and Mac mull over Felicia and Frisco's decision.  They
decide that Frisco is still running away.  Tony remembers that his father
sent Frisco away to boarding school when their mother was ill because Frisco
and his father didn't get along and his father couldn't handle Frisco.  Frisco
ended up running away from the school to get home before his mother died and
Tony figures Frisco has never stopped running since.  He thinks he's
avoiding the mistakes his father made as a father by not being there unlike
Tony who had a better relationship with his father and decided to take the
best of what his father was in trying to be the best father to his own kids.
Tony and Mac hope that some day Frisco will be able to see it's possible to
be a good father to his kids.

Luke and Justus visit Harry and Luke accuses Harry of setting Luke up.  He
informs Harry that Jack Boland is dead from a broken neck and that Luke is
the #1 suspect.  Harry denies setting up Luke.  Harry claims he would never
setup a friend of Sonny's.  Harry figures he himself was setup to give Luke
the shaft and that it was Frank at the core.  In anger Luke remarks that
Frank is the only one with a memory.

In PR Sonny and Brenda are interrupted by a phone call.  Sonny takes it in
the other room.  It's Frank and he's questioning Sonny's loyalty after
informing Sonny he's going to be in PR in a few days for a meeting.  Frank is
not happy with questions Mac and Harry have been asking.  Sonny suggests with
his other ventures maybe it's time he and Frank go their separate ways (Watch
out Sonny!).  Frank wants to discuss it.

Bobbie visits Monica and discovers Monica is going to the Arizona Wellness
group but Monica will start her radiation treatment in PC and stay in PC
until the business with Edward is resolved.  When Bobbie questions Monica
going to Arizona alone Alan lets her know it's ok with him.  Whatever Monica
wants is ok with him.

Edward comes in with the news that Jack Boland is found dead with a broken
neck in Jack's office.  A tired Edward asks Alan to call and have Mac come
over.

Sonny is "wiped" out.  Brenda tries to get him to talk about it but Sonny
just says it's a problem with the club.  Brenda pretends to fall asleep as
Sonny stares out the balcony and eventually goes to the other room where he
stares at the phone with a drink in his hand.

At the Spencers Luke and Laura discuss the situation.  Luke figures Jack
aired some dirty laundry on the stand and the news got back to Frank and used
Jack to stick a finger at Luke.  The phone rings and it's Sonny who tells
Luke about the meeting with Frank after Luke tells Sonny Jack was iced and
someone tried to frame Luke.  When Luke says he's like to be in PR Sonny
says he'll book a room but Luke tells Laura nothing.  Luke goes to "check
the kitchen door" as Laura goes to sleep.

Edward wants Mac to look for more links between Frank and Jack but Mac (those
spam brains are back) doesn't know what for.  Edward points out there's more
to that relationship.  When Monica and Alan point out that Sean can't accuse
Edward of killing Jack Edward points out that he could have "hired" someone
and Sean could assume Edward faked his collapse for the purpose of creating
an alibi.  When Edward claims he wasn't faking, Alan say the thought never
crossed his mind. (Ah sure Alan, now what was that that Edward did to Tracy
not so many years ago!?!)

At the Outback Felicia comes in looking for Mac who is still out.  She and
Tony talk about Frisco's decision.  Felicia points out she accepts Frisco
as he is.  Tony wishes he could do that.  Feiclia points out if one doesn't
expect perfection from oneself one can't expect it of others.  Tony figures
the concept of acceptance will be critcal for himself and Bobbie.

At the Spencers Luke tucks a gun in his belt and gets some $$.  He takes a
look at Lesley Lu and then gingerly touches Laura's hand before heading
downstairs.

Moncia and Alan try to get Alan to go to bed and they encourage him to hold
off telling Lila about Jack until morning so at least she can get a good
night's sleep.  They all agree there is more going on and Edward points out
it has to do with Bradley's murder...not the trial.  They decide Jack couldn't
have killed but Frank could have and Frank won't stop.  Edward is worried that
Frank might assume that since Edward and Jack were close that Jack might have
confided in Edward.  When Alan asks if there is anything Edward hasn't told
them he says no (sure Edward...only that Bradley was your son).

As Luke leaves a note for Laura and picks up a picture of the baby Lucky
comes downstairs to check out the noise.  Luke tells Lucky he's got business
to take care of as Luke tries to allay Lucky's fears.  After a hug Lucky
heads upstairs and tells Luke to be careful.  Luke picks up his coat and a
bag and heads out the door.....
