General Hospital Synopsis
Tuesday Nov 1,'94

I will be partially departing from my usual method, in order to convey a nice
scene juxtaposition.

Bobi, Luke & MM are in Justus' room. Justus will be out of campaining mode
for a while. Luke tells Bobi about the grand jury hearing for that morining.
MM tells Justus that she will tell the truth when he tells her to tell the
whole story of what happened that night. They go to testify, Keisha comes to
keep Justus company. Keisha tells Justus that till a couple of months ago she
couldn't stand going to family get togethers, she felt like everyone was
looking at her and waiting for her to uphold the Ward name. After watching
and being with MM and Justus though, she is proud of it again. Justus asks
how school is doing, Keisha tells him she got an 'A' on a report she did on
Uncle Bradly. They chat, joke and bond.

At the grand jury, MM gets called in while Luke waits. Kylie [yeah, i finally
got her again.] walks in, asks where Justus is. Luke gives her the gory
details. MM comes out and tells Luke that the DA seemed to be hearing things
she wasn't saying. Luke then introduces her to Kylie, then too late realizes
that of course MM knew who she was. Before he can dig himself a hole, he is
called in. Bryn tells MM that she has been feeling guilty about how she ran
when Bradly died. She is not sorry about the time she spent with Bradly but
she is sorry that she didn't tell MM all she knew at the time [ok, that does
it. Much as i like Bryn, she's gotta be the one. Imagine a nurse murdering
someone]. Kylie tells MM that she didn't want MM to blame her. MM then
suprises Kylie that she knew about the baby and them. Kylie talks about how
she felt about Bradly, her first time seeing him and deciding that she had to
be a part of what he was [that is why she killed him when he refused to leave
his wife and concubine for her]. They start crying as Kylie continues to talk
about her devotion to him. MM says she wasn't judgemental about Bradly's
straying, he had too much love for one person [huh?!]. She then tells Kylie
it is not too late for the 2 of them to grieve as they hug. Kylie gets called
in. MM and Luke are getting ready to go back to the hospital when Jack Boland
comes in. MM says she's glad at least somebody is there to testify for EdQ
when Luke reminds her that this is a grand jury and that he is here against
EdQ. MM gives Jack a thoughtfull & venom look. Kylie comes out and Boland
says hi. She rebuffs him and heads out to see Justus. She fills Justus in on
the proceedings and her take that the jury will return a indictment against
EdQ. She leaves and tells MM & Luke that she plans on staying in Port Chuck
till the trial is done. Luke feels things will happen very quickly.

Damien brushes KatyBel's [who is not wearing any makeup! score one for
'reality'] cheek. She smiles warmly at him, notices he is walking and tells
him she heard and remembers everything from her coma. Damien offers to fill
her in on all that happened outside of her room. First though, he asks
KatyBel if she knows what happened to her. She says yes, someone tried to
poison her. Damien asks 'Who?'

Monica asks Alan, in disbelief, 'Our Reginal tried to kill her'. Alan knods
yes as he dresses [btw: Alan looks like he has been enjoying Monica's food
while her appetite has been down]. He then fills her in on the little meeting
that occured, that they convinced Reginald not to make any more lethal
appetizers and they would cover up for him. Monica can't believe it. After
the whole Conway thing yet!
                        L I N E   O F   T H E   D A Y
    Alan replies,       "Well, now we are experts."
Monica doesn't find the situation funny, but decides to join in the
conspiracy after noteing that it must be the house that corrupts everybody.
Alan tells her Lila's reaction and mentions the grand jury meeting. Monica
brushes her hair in the mirror and they both notice the hair on the brush.
Monica says it isn't neccasarily the chemo, the news about Regginald could
make ones hair fall out. After joshing with Alan a bit, he leaves. Monica
makes sure he is gone and flings the brush to the floor angrily.

KatyBel runs down through the names. Damien tells KatyBel that the 2 of them
will fight back. KatyBel inquires about conflict with the board, he tells her
about the stock buyout. She notes that he still can't bring himself to admit
that the money came from Frank. KatyBel suggests blowing up the house, Damien
opts for something a bit more subtle and being patient. KatyBel lets him know
that she remembers his confession of love for her. He tries to talk himself
out of it, but she lets him know he can't. Giving up, he tells her about EdQ.
The chief idiot comes in, and KatyBel tells him it could've been any of them.
As Damien coaches her from behind, she lowers her venom and tells Sean that
she is sure the shock of the situation has caused the Q's grief enough. Sean
then asks where she got the Conway evidence. After being assured it was a
dead issue, she tells him. She doesn't say how AJ got it though. Sean leaves,
as does Damien. Lucy comes in and does her bitch routine.

Jason gives Monica some tea. Jason suggests a party to celebrate the end of
the chemo. Monica asks the Wards. Monica picks up that Jason & Keisha are an
item when he compares Kesiha to Monica. He confirms it and gushes about
Keisha. He then tells Monica that he was so wrapped up with being with Keisha
and she with him, that they lost track of the time the night Justus got beat
up. Monica cuts him off at the pass, and tells him that the happy couple
might have been killed otherwise.  He mentions that MM wants them to cool it.
The two of them figure it is because EdQ may be indicted for Bradly's murder.
Monica decides to dot the daughter-in-law thing and be with EdQ. She figures
he won't dare throw her out the room.
EdQ gets a lawyer. AJ and Alan can't believe what is going down. EdQ says he
can't either. Of all the things he has done, he is being punished for
something he didn't do. EdQ walks to another room to be alone. Monica comes
in and starts a soliliqy (sp?) He asks her to watch over Lila. The phone
rings and they both look it a few rings before Monica gets up to take it. It
is Lee. Deliberation has started so it looks very bad for EdQ.
