A Rock Concert NOT! A Pre-dinner Story A Headache at L&B ----------------- Miguel finishes a track that neither he nor Lois is happy with. Brenda doesn't quite understand, she thought it was perfect and as she's praising Miguel (in more ways that you want to know) Sonny comes in. Lois is thrilled as she has a surprise for them. Eddie's coming over to meet them, although Eddie doesn't know that they're going to be there. Brenda gets the worries. While Lois and Miguel are off conferring with Donovan (the recording engineer) Brenda bellows into the phone as she tries to locate Ned. Keesha and Jason come in on the end of her bellowing. They are there to see Miguel record. Brenda tries to get them to leave saying Lois likes to keep closed recording sessions for the tempermental singers. They don't quite buy it since Miguel did invite them. Then in walks Ned. Jason is amazed Ned is interested in music, but Ned's just there to see Brenda. When Ned hears Jason and Keesha are there to hear Miguel he quickly suggests they go to the house to talk about the incinerator....yes the opposing sides should hear each other out. But before they're out the door in comes Lois. Somehow they let her know they know each other so no introductions are made except for Lois and Keesha. Lois agrees to let Jason and Keesha see Miguel record and takes them to the studio but also lets them know Sonny is there. Neddie begs off...he's got to make a phone call. Lois sends Sonny out to meet her Eddie but the only people out there are Brenda and Ned Ashton. "Eddie" had just left. A peeved Sonny returns to Lois and tells her that Eddie had disappeared but that Ned Ashton was out there. Oh, she'd like to meet that jerk so out she goes and sees Eddie heading out the door. She thought Ned Ashton was there...no he left. She orders Eddie to stay put, she's going to get Sonny but this time by the time she and Sonny return to the living room, Neddie is gone!! All this back and forth gives Sonny a headache. Miguel lays down that track and we flash back and forth between him singing and Lily trying to make a decision. They're happy with the track but Miguel slouches in the chair... as Lily goes inside...can she have made a decision to go to Miguel? Brenda wonders to Sonny that maybe Miguel and Lily shouldn't be reunited...Miguel might lose his edge (?????). Felicia's Nugget(s) ------------------- Lucy arrives at Felicia's and wants to know why Felicia hasn't provided her with information about Katherine. After Lucy finally allows Felicia to get a word in she finds out that Filly does have some information. Filly first wants to know when Lucy thinks Katybell and Damian first met. Lucy thinks after Scott left town. Bzz...wrong answer...at least two!! years before. Lucy is astounded. Filly had discovered that once Katybell made her way to NYC she became very visible, showing up in trade magazines (she was good at PR) and at all sorts of social events. Filly has proof with a photo of Damian and Katybell in a very chummy pose. It dawns on Lucy that Katherine and Damian have known each other all along and wonders if Ned knows. She figures not because there would have been all sorts of repercussions. Lucy wants more. She sits down to catch her breath and notices that Felicia has "gained weight." It dawns on Lucy that Filly is pregnant even thought Filly says she's just gained weight from not enough exercise and too much butter pecan ice cream at the Outback. No sell to Lucy who then figures out the father is Mac, no it's Frisco...then the doorbell rings. It's Filly's dinner guest....Kevin. He wants to know why Lucy is there but Lucy wants him to tell her it's not him. Kevin rescues Filly by bullying Lucy into apologizing for commenting on Filly's weight gain. Lucy finds herself the odd-man out and goes to leave. She wonders when the playful Kevin is coming back...not till Lucy stops playing games...that Kevin doesn't like to play games. Lucy plants a kiss on Kevin but he's unresponsive. Felicia is fascinated. Lucy heads over to the Q's to see Ms. Ashton, as Reginald calls her. Mrs. Ashton corrects him. Lucy tries to find out the last time Katybell talked to Damian. Katybell doesn't bite no matter what question, whether about computers, NYC or the coincidence of Katybell and Damian arriving in PC about the same time. Katybell tells Lucy she's got everything she wanted in Deception and Ned but Lucy warns her of skeletons that might be rattling in Katybell's closet as Lucy leaves. Circle, Circles, and RATS! -------------------------- Down in the catacombs Damian continues to go in circles in the dark. However he does find a book of matches and sees some wire. He tries not to panic, there IS a way out. He looks down and sees....RATS!!! Damian finds a pipe, returns to the location of the wire, removes his shirt (off camera) and makes a makeshift torch. Now he can see where he's going. He heads off in search of a way out and finds water dripping in from the rain. Off in a new direction he goes. A Rock Concert NOT! ------------------- Robin and Stone want to go to a rock concert for which Sonny can get tickets. They lay out their plans for Mac. A bus to Corning where the promoters have shuttles to the concert site. Mac figures it's their version of Woodstock, he missed Woodstock...born too late...and agrees to let them go. An amazed Robin goes off with Stone to make reservations. Unfortunately Robin and Stone discover the seats on the shuttles have been sold out for weeks. Robin is all for taking a bus to Corning and hitching to the concert. But that's a no go for Stone. He's not about to lie to Mac when they've come this far. He suggests they go for a walk in the rain to blow off steam. A Pre-dinner Story ------------------ Felicia is ready to get dinner but Kevin wants to discuss something first. Before he gets started in comes Maxie to show off her worm picture. She's impressed Kevin knew it was a worm but no he can't have it. It's for Lucky and she's going to marry Lucky (boy she's got some crush). That comment leads Filly to make a comment about making the right choices and trust. Trust...an interesting issue for Kevin...he trusts Felicia. Felicia tells Kevin her amnio is scheduled for the next but when Kevin questions what she will do if Frisco is the father, it's one step at a time. Kevin is reluctant to tell Filly what he had planned on telling her. He's afraid she'll see him like Ryan and he's afraid he'll lose her friendship. The reason he's been so fascinated with Ryan is because he too is responsible for a death...he killed Grace. Felicia encourages Kevin to tell her what happened. Kevin and Grace had a very volatile relationship, alternating between perfect love and rage. During one of the angry times they made the mistake off going away to a chalet above Lake Lucerne. They fought and made love. It was always the red wine (ah ha...as Razz noted...why Kevin never drinks red wine). One night Grace got very violent and came at him with fists, nails, teeth and legs. He grabbed her by the hair, looked in her eyes and didn't recognize her or even himself. He wanted to kill her so he left. He ended up passing out in his car. The next thing he remembers is waking up, soaking wet, on the side of a road with the folks who had saved him. The car had gone through a guard rail and into the lake. Grace died, trapped in the back seat. An inquest absolved him, it was ruled an accident, but the director of the had influence so no charges were filed. Kevin figures Grace had come out to get him to come back in to the chalet but instead he got her into the car and drove into the lake intending to kill not just Grace but also himself. All he succeeded in doing was killing Grace. Kevin thinks he thinks just like Ryan and what is worse Ryan doesn't pretend to be a nice person while Kevin does.
