Subject: GH: Update for Fri 08/12/94

                            GH Update for 08/12/94

Scene 1
Mac tells Lucy that Melissa Manchester is coming to the Outback.  She wants to
know why a big star would come to that dump [well maybe not in those words].
Damian arrives to taunt her about the new bet.
Scene 2
Kevin finds Felicia lurking by his office door. "I couldn't actually be
pregnant, could I?" she mutters plaintively. "Not by me," Kevin answers. He
asks if she took a test, but she replies not yet.
Scene 3
Robin asks Mac if she can see Stone at the Outback that night.  He says ok
[what a guy]. She also says that as part of the agreement he must "back off."
He agrees.
Scene 4
Felicia tells Kevin she is not sure who is the father. They discuss the
possibilities. She says she didn't sleep with Frisco until after Mac broke off
their engagement, and they used protection. [see, kids, there's no such thing
as safe sex].  "I'm beginning to feel like Lucy," Felicia remarks at Kevin's
slight intimations that she's been a bit loose. "Oh, I'm sure Lucy hasn't been
nearly as active as you, but then which of us has," he comments with a
combination of humor and disappointment.
Scene 5
Damian continues to push Lucy towards a second bet. He keeps implying he could
get Deception for her.  When he finally gets her to brag she could get any man
to sleep with her, he selects Luke Spencer.
Scene 6
At GH, Gail Baldwin chides Monica for forgetting her birthday lunch.  Monica
breaks down and tells her about the tumor, but admits she hasn't done anything
about it. When Gail expresses great concern, Monica tells her it's her body,
and she'll deal with it.
Scene 7
Kevin says Felicia is in denial. He asks if she wants another child, and she
says yes. She agrees to test herself, and they will meet for dinner at the
Outback.
Scene 8
Bobbie witnesses Monica's pique at Gail and asks Gail what Monica's problem
was. A nearby Tony suggests they not pressure Gail because Monica will tell
them when she's ready. After Gail leaves, Bobbie and Tony agree to meet later
for drinks at the Outback to talk.
Scene 9
Lucy is incredulous that Damian would stoop to pick Luke after what happened to
Laura.
Scene 10
Stone arrives at the Outback and is politely greeted by Mac, but he hesitates
as he's about to kiss Robin hello in front of Mac.

NEWSBREAK: The Chicago Police announced a man has been charged in a local
triple murder that occurred in 1955, and no it's not O.J.  Now back to GH.

Scene 11
Melissa Manchester arrives at the Outback to see Mac.  They banter like they
might have had a thing going in the past, but now she says she's happily
married.  Robin tells Stone that Mac helped her in Paris when her purse was
stolen. Eventually, Mac introduces her to Robin and Stone.
Scene 12
In a very busy scene at the Outback, Kevin arrives and immediately grabs Lucy
away from Damian's table. She sexily tells him she likes his attention, and
that Damian has chosen Luke for her to seduce.  Exasperated at her attitude,
Kevin warns her not to come to him when everything blows up. She says think
about what she could gain if she wins. Just then Tony enters, and Lucy
reconsiders her thought.  When Bobbie arrives, Damian stops her and thanks her
for the flowers and champagne. "I don't know what you're talking about," she
lies.  Finally, Felicia arrives and sees all the couples, Kevin and Lucy,
Bobbie and Tony, and Mac and Melissa; she starts to feel queasy and runs
outside for some air.
Scene 13
Alan confronts Monica about her illness. She snaps that it's her problem, but
he insists it's both their problems, and he is more frightened than ever
before.
Scene 14
Felicia returns to a table, and Kevin excuses himself temporarily from Lucy (he
promises to return) to find out the news.  She tells him that she's pregnant
[big surprise].  When he asks if she's going to tell Mac, she says yes, when
the time is right. Eventually, she goes over to talk to Mac and Melissa.  Robin
asks Melissa to sing Melissa's new song which Robin says is now her and Stone's
song. She agrees and sings.
Scene 15
After the song, Tony tells Bobbie it was a good try, but he can't do it and
leaves Bobbie standing alone and eventually looking at Damian.
Scene 16
Monica tells Alan she knows she must act, but the first step is very difficult,
and she is terrified.

I'm ending this update with a little ditty dedicated to Roo, a truly dedicated
Miguel hater.
