highest here (around $8 for one dozen), bodegas were selling baggies of 3 eggs. I forget how much they were charging for 3 eggs. But people were buying eggs by the three to scramble and be eaten by more than three people. Or they could make a big batch of pancakes with 3 eggs. They must have been carrying those baggies of eggs home carefully like a kid carrying a bag with water and their new pet goldfish in a plastic bag. So, like your dogs, some peeps were only getting half an egg for breakfast. The way you package up eggs for your food pantry is awesome.
Why half an egg per dog each day? Is it just for some extra protein? Or are eggs specifically good for dogs for some other reason (kinda the opposite of chocolate)?
