I actually have an excessive amount of eggs right now, I bought an 18 pack a week and a half ago since I didn't get to go to the farmer's market, and then we went to the market on Sunday and I bought two dozen then. I'm planning to make some homemade egg mcmuffins but haven't gotten around to it yet.
