it POURED into my lap! this was on a jetblue flight from St Lucia back to NYC.

thankfully for me, the flight attendant was horrified, got a TOWEL from the flight attendant station and wiped down the ceiling and wall. She gave me a lot of paper towel-napkin things.

i think this is somewhat normal, but certain not the AMOUNT this poor man had to deal with!!!
