I ate what was left of the shrimp and corn chowder I made a few days ago. But I have been craving Italian and I am *thisclose* to making the rigatoni bake that you make in a spring-form pan. It looks good and easy. I might surprise my husband and son and cook it for Sunday dinner.

My husband and I ended up at a nice restaurant about 30 minutes away that we had been wanting to try on prom night a few years ago. It was chaos!
