Though most people visiting pronounce it like the German city.

It's a really cute little town outside of Ocean City. We haven't gone in a while but have been there for their Christmas tree lighting and they used to have a nice tea room for afternoon tea. It's big claim to fame is that the movie Runaway Bride with Julia Roberts and Richard Gere was filmed there. There are still displays up in a bunch of the little stores on Main Street that were used for filming.
