what I jokingly call "nap hangovers". Sometimes--often a lazy Sunday afternoon--I'll be sprawled out on the loveseat reading and I'll doze off. If I can't stop dozing, I'll set the book aside and take a nap. Usually I'll nap for 1-1 1/2 hours; when I wake up, I usually have a headache and feel a little queasy. Luckily the feeling doesn't last long.
