i like her as a person, working for her has its challenges. She largely leaves me alone to complete my tasks and doesn't micro-manage me, but she also can be very moody - not just to me, but to the folks who are our internal clients.
people respect her opinions, but she doesn't hold a lot of stock with Sr management, because she takes "go with the flow" to another level that makes people think she doesn't really GAF.
I'm nervous about who will replace her because the firm tends to hire mid-level, not experts and i cannot train a lawyer, they need to come to the table with a certain skill set.
and it has been clear we'll have a very busy summer for a few months - now it's just gonna SUCK.
