Once was right before we put it on the market, man what a pain in the butt it was to find the right Allen wrench! I always forget it's the huge one. One time we did have to get the disposal replaced, because Mr. Kris had put so many carrot peelings (and maybe potato?) down there that it just completely jammed. There was no saving it. Plus that one was probably 20+ years old.

I just watched a YouTube on how to replace the outside spigot (the one in the back sprays you like crazy when you turn it on) but I need to investigate a little more. I think that it might not be the kind I can just unscrew and screw on a new one, the pipe might be connected in the house (possibly one of the frost free ones?). It looks like it's soldered together so I may just put the home warranty to use and have someone come out.
