to regulate this. Homeowners should be made aware, should be able to see the pictures (sometimes they either don't have pics, or they're grainy, and they still make coverage decisions), should be able to contest and take their own photos, etc.

Every single member of my volunteer team has been impacted by this, either themselves or a family member.
