i did the same, basically creating mustard gas in my bathtub.

i had just moved in and wanted to take a tubby. tub was gross, i cleaned with ammonia and it just didn't come clean. WITHOUT RINSING, i just added bleach into the bucket and started scrubbing.

it only took a few seconds to realize i had made a terrible error, so I turned on the shower, opened the window and then went outside.

when i told my dad that story, i think he wanted to grab all of my belongings and move me STRAIGHT BACK HOME. it was my first time living alone. LOL
