in the flower bed on the side of the house but I fear this year, the stupid yucca that I've tried, and failed to completely remove has choked the daffodils right out.

I also have a single tulip--now the lone survivor of a half dozen tulips I'd planted several years ago--pushing up in the front flower bed.
