made from very high-grade material that will last a while. But he's cheap...I'm guessing he'll opt to have the shingles tacked back on if that's an option. Roof guy said it depended on the condition of the shingles; they look OK to me but I know absolutely nothing about roofs and shingles.

What I'd really like is an electrified roof to keep the dang squirrels off it. I'm tired of being woken up by the pitter-patter of tiny feet above my head <g>.
