In the DNF category, I started The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. The first chapter suggested counting to 10 upon waking up and it would energize you for the rest of the day. The second chapter got to the Let Them theory-not trying to change others etc. Didn't read the rest.
Hmm...I've tried something similar (count to a certain number than get up...and usually fall back asleep :P)
I've started Stacey Abrams Coded Justice-third book in her Avery Keene series.
I read the first one and liked it. I didn't know there were follow ups! I'll have to look for them.
