By definition, that's what he is. A menace. He's seriously going to get hurt again or lose his life if he's at a restaurant, grocery store, park, party, wedding, or anywhere public and says this to the wrong person who might end up taking his life. No, I am not wishing that on him but the "Sorry. I can't help it. Deal with it" doesn't fly with me. If I'm at a restaurant and the person next to me keeps saying it and then his family or the person explains: I have TS. I can't help it. I'm just supposed to have my meal ruined? I'm just supposed to be called the N word? No!
I don't know what the answer is, but if you are that disruptive and hurtful--stay your arse at home.
