Do state-run liquor stores deliver? Or do you have to go pick up what you want?

All of the mom and pop liquor stores in my neighborhood do free delivery, usually within one hour of when you order. I find having a case of wine delivered is the best and cheapest way to buy wine. If I buy a case (12 bottles) there is a 20% discount. And it doesn’t have to be 12 bottles of the exact same wine. I can get 12 different wines, they total them up and then deduct 20% of that total. When I first discovered this, I thought I had to buy a sealed case of one kind of wine. But nope. They just fill a case up with whatever wines you want. And since I don’t have a car and a case of wine is heavy, quick delivery is perfect, especially in this kind of weather.
