we knew it needed lots of love.
At the price we could not pass it up with an inground pool and a 2 acre pond... on nearly 11 acres.
But... the driveway was a nightmare... the pool was unusable because of leaks and ripped liner... most of the walls had been drawn on with permanent markers from the floor up about half way (kids gone wild).
We have been there since 2017 and we have been doing projects as we can... The driveway and pool were fixed right away and we had the walls painted... but other things are happening as we have the time/money to address them.
This year... one BIG repair... a new roof! There will be no money for any other big repairs this year... but I do plan on doing some more insulating in the attic which is relatively inexpensive and I can do it myself.
The fun of a home owner NEVER ends!
