So, as an essential employee I have to go in - I can ask for a ride, though. I figured with my SUV I would be fine, but I did not account for how much snow we got (with ice on top). I paused too much at the bottom of the driveway and should have floored it out, and then leaving the court going onto the side street I had some difficulty too. It was slightly better on the side street since there had already been people driving down it. Once I got to the main road of the community and got over the hump of snow left by the plow, I was fine. No issues at all getting to the office.
I am not sure I'll be able to get back into my court this afternoon, I sent Mr. Kris the number of someone nearby with a snow blower looking to make some $ and I hope he takes advantage! Our neighbor also has a snow blower so maybe he can borrow that. I'm planning on parking on the street when I get home.
Funny thing is today is our trash pick up day and we got notification yesterday it had been moved to tomorrow. Um they had better get some plows down because there is no way any trucks are getting through there tomorrow morning!!!
