phone for about 10 hours, starting around noon and back to full function around 10pm. During that time, I got texting and internet access briefly a few times (for a flicker, less than 5 minutes) but couldn’t make or receive phone calls. It seems okay now. So far, so good. They say it was not a cyberattack. But they are also not saying what happened.
