i just cannot do all the peeling. i don't even do the regular potatoes in my house, hubby does them.

i've seen on booktok that if you score the skins round the middle before you cook them, afterwards you just kind of squeeze the skin off. not sure if it works, and you'd need a food glove so you don't burn yourself.
