We realized we will want to wait on expanding the bedroom since two ppl have now told us to wait and see how it feels lived in. Plus I don't think I'll have the $$ for that now anyway.
So...aside from many repairs (which we knew...but we are starting at $510K-$520K, big difference from $580K and still needing repairs), first thing we need is more storage.
I will have two of the bedroom closets designed, and there is this big dining area where they installed a wet bar we don't need. Instead, we want extra counter/prep space and storage cabinets. They also converted a pantry closet to a small desk area which I would not use (too claustrophobic) so I want to make that a pantry again.
(I also need a place to put the cat litter - really don't want to have indoor only cats use the garage - they would freak out). We don't want them in the bedroom anymore and the bathrooms are too small.
And hopefully I have the $$ to also have this contractor build storage in the garage.
For that dining area, I am trying to reimagine it, so if anyone has a preferred design app, please share!
