Right? It literally costs nothing to be kind to others. I read a lot of stories on my phone and watch occasional clips on YouTube about others' experiences in retail (one terrific YouTube channel about retail life is it's craignotcreg) and it's sad how common bad behavior is. The number of shoppers who treat retail workers like servants or "less thans"...it makes the kind shoppers that much more appreciated.
