We didn’t get the home by the park.

Another home we’d seen previously that the boys liked but needed many repairs dropped price to $510K. A steal in these here parts.

They’d done some work.

We offered $515K plus i pay some fees.

At that price, we can expand the master suite and do the additional repairs.

This is quite affordable for us!
