One is to see Carrie Coon in Bug, a play written by her husband Tracy Letts. Iโve loved her in so many things. The last time I saw her on stage was in Whoโs Afraid of Virginia Woolf? in 2012. Iโve loved her in so much TV including Fargo, White Lotus and The Leftovers.
The other one is to see Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Jon Bernthal in a stage adaptation of Dog Day Afternoon, a movie I love. I can really see the story making a good play. The movie was ahead of its time in 1975. It should be interesting to see what they do with it in 2025. I love both actors. Bernthal is in the Pacino role.
I have to wait until January and April for these plays but itโs always good to have things to look forward to on your calendar. ๐ธ
