remember the first time I heard about some cilantro haters thinking it tasted like soap...a co-worker said that, and I thought she was exaggerating (like when I tell people matcha tastes like grass to me, or brie somehow tastes like the smell of cheap vinyl seats in a car...). And then I discovered it really was a thing, and a genetic thing at that.

But hey, always good to talk to another cilantro fan!
