today with her husband (HVAC guy) and another inspector.

More problems, so while we tried to give the sellers the benefit of the doubt, yeah, we are done.

We already toured another home right near us by the park, loved it, and are putting in an offer.

That'll be a tough one. The price is pretty low for the location. Visually the home looked to be in good shape. New roof, new HVAC, new floors etc. Didn't see any gutter problems either LOL.
