going to $580K.

They are also raising up the floor in the living room (it's a drop down - my husband is disabled and it's a falling hazard) and replacing the back door, the only window in the house they didn't replace with a double paned window, plus repair a couple of plumbing issues.

There are other things we'll need to do but those are four big things that needed to be done.
