house on Florin by the Greenbelt. Marian asked if we were interested. Not if it's on that busy street, and it's overpriced. As M just told me, it needs to be below $600K and fully turnkey (so many of the houses are far from it) before we'd even consider.

It looks SUPER cute though. Oh well. Also has a pool.
