sausage on my pizza...it has to be crumbled Italian sausage. None of that bulk sausage that tastes like it could be in sausage gravy at Bob Evans, and I don't want slices of sausage. Crumbled sausage often gets a nice crispy top that I love. Very few pizza places around me do a "good" sausage pizza.
