one quick 23-30 minute show to watch when I want some short and light TV.

I’ve only watched the first 3 episodes but I’m enjoying it so far. I’m keeping in mind that some found the show racist. I’m not seeing that so far. I did note that this show is based on a play of the same name written by Korean Canadian writer/actor Ins Choi, who also co-created the show with a white partner. Choi also wrote or co-wrote a fair amount of the episodes, at least in the early seasons. I’m wondering where exactly some feel there were too many white people working on this show — the writing room, directing, other behind the scenes jobs? I also think it is a good start that the white woman boss is crushing on the Korean guy. The more typical stereotype would be a white man with an Asian woman.
